SoloingAI, a trade name of Thad M. Brown, LLC ("SoloingAI," "we," "us," or "our"), is an AI-powered missed call recovery service headquartered in Austin, Texas. We provide automated SMS response, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling services to home service businesses (the "Services").

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your Personal Information when you visit our website at soloingai.com, enroll in our Services, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes your rights with respect to your Personal Information.

Our Services are powered by GoHighLevel, a third-party platform. Information submitted through our onboarding forms and processed through the Services is subject to both this Privacy Policy and GoHighLevel's applicable privacy practices as our service provider.

By accessing our website or enrolling in our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

Information You Provide Directly

Customer Lead Data

In providing the Services, our system processes call logs, SMS message logs, and lead information generated through the automated missed call recovery workflow. This includes phone numbers of your customers who missed calls are sent to and responses received. You, as our client, retain ownership of all such customer data.   • To provide the Services: Setting up, configuring, and operating your missed call recovery system, including sending automated SMS messages on your behalf to your customers.
  • Account management: Creating and managing your account, sending onboarding communications, and providing customer support.
  • Billing and payments: Processing subscription fees, managing payment information, and sending billing notices.
  • Reporting: Generating monthly revenue recovery reports and dashboard data for your account.
  • Communications: Sending service updates, account notifications, and responses to your inquiries. We may also send marketing communications about our Services; you may opt out at any time.
  • Service improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve and develop our Services.
  • Legal and compliance: Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, and enforcing our Terms of Service.
  • Security: Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, security incidents, and other potentially harmful activities.

How We Protect Your Information

We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our Services are delivered through GoHighLevel's enterprise-grade platform, which maintains its own comprehensive security program.

Payment card information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

While we take security seriously, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account security has been compromised, please contact us immediately using the information in Section 14.

§ 05

When We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share your information with the following categories of third parties, solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services:

  • Service providers and technology platforms: GoHighLevel (our platform provider), payment processors, SMS and telecom providers, and other vendors who assist in delivering the Services. These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only as directed by us.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance: We may disclose your information as required by law, court order, or government authority, or as necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of our users.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for marketing purposes without your express written consent.

TCPA and SMS Communications

Soloing AI delivers automated SMS messages to your customers' phone numbers as the core function of the Services. The following disclosures apply:

Automated SMS to Your Customers

When you enroll a phone number in our Services, automated text messages will be sent to individuals who call that number and do not receive an answer. These messages are sent on your behalf, in your business name. By enrolling a phone number, you represent and warrant that you have the appropriate legal authority and, where required, prior express written consent from your customers under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law to send automated SMS messages to those individuals.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring TCPA compliance with respect to the phone numbers you enroll and the customer contacts the system reaches. SoloingAI is not liable for any TCPA violation arising from your use of the Services. See Section 5.2 of the Terms of Service for full details.

Marketing Communications to You

By providing your phone number during onboarding, you consent to receive service-related communications from Soloing AI via text and email. You may receive updates, news, and service offers. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us at the address in Section 14.

§ 07

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your account is terminated, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Information within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity.

Lead data and SMS logs generated through the Services are retained for the duration of your account plus ninety (90) days following termination. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us as described in Section 14.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including GoHighLevel and other service providers. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites or services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
